Nermin, the owner, is the most professional, responsible, ethical, fair, honest and hardworking inidividual I have ever met. He is truly a master of all. He takes great pride in his work and in the work of his employees. He gives 100% to every job he takes on. His honesty is so refreshing. When we moved into our home in Tucson, we had several projects that we brought to Nermin. He completed every project to perfection! We had brick flooring throughout our home that needed to be stripped, cleaned and resealed before we moved in. We were shocked at how beautiful the floors looked after he was done. They looked like they had just been put in. We could not believe how fair his price was to do such a monumental task. He made sure we were 100% satisfied with his work, which of course we were. This is just one example of the many services he provided and his top notch professionalism. We also hired his cleaning crew for our home. Again, each time the crew came, literally every detail was attended to. The house always sparkled. The crew was quick and efficient and so professional. Nermin came by after several cleans to make sure that the clean was done to the highest standards and that we were satisfied. He restored a fountain for us, took on our landscaping projects and maintenance. He did so many other projects from fixing a sink and a cabinet door to a huge drywall repair after a leak and fixing a poorly done paint job throughout our whole home that was done by another contractor before we knew Nermin. It’s clear that I cannot say enough positive things about Nermin and his company. He is recommended without reservation. You can rest assured that he will take great care of you and everything he does for you will be done to perfection. He accepts nothing less.

Nermin was very responsive via text, and accommodated a very last minute change in schedule. The crew, with Maggie in charge, arrived on time, was efficient, courteous, and went the extra mile to get the post-construction house ready for move-in. Ed and I use Master Clean Up to have our home thoroughly cleaned, and the ladies do a beautiful job. We really like Nermin, the company owner, and we like his employees. They have always been kind, polite and efficient. We used the company also to clean the yard of a home we bought for our son and family. We needed a complete thorough cleaning of a townhouse that had recently had an estate sale and would be going on the market for sale. We arranged to have the basic cleaning crew come in a few days before the main carpet and floor tile would be cleaned. The service was excellent. They cleaned the kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms. windows, floors and the tile floor grout. We made an inspection after their work was completed and did not find any exceptions. Everyone was very polite and courteous and completed the cleaning in record time. And, we consider their prices to be very reasonable. We highly recommend this company.
